The latter. Not because I'm a democrat. I'm not. Because the Republicans are
militant fuck-ups who put this country in it's worst condition since the
Great Depression. And yes, the banks are primarily run by Republican
supporters so spare me the sub-prime market speech. Deregulation is a
Republican love affair.
