They just weren't all that, and nor has any Dunlop I've ever used been
all that. I'm sure the new ones are great if Andy says they are, but
AFAIC Dunlop owe at least a dozen pairs of clean undercrackers, for
crimes committed on me over the years.

I'm looking at the FWR website now, and there are lots of choices ...
I'm wondering if I'm being silly by insisting on Renns, just coz I like
them ... I think I might ask them what they recommend, as I'm completely
out of touch with tyres. The 9R loved 010s, but they're museum pieces
now, and I've no idea what's what ... I dare Renns have been completely
overtaken too.
