Weeeelll... I was thinking sort of someone who you know knows the answer
for definite, rather than iffily substantiated Wiki "facts" or "a friend of
a friend" kind of thing.
As many steps back from asking at the Embassy whilst still being confident
they're not talking out of their arse.
