Get it checked out. I have some experience in these matters (although not
with my conkers). If, god forbid, it is cancer, the earlier you get it the
better. Especially in that situation as complete cure is very common when
it's just an isolated lump on one ball.

And if it's nothing, which it probably is, then you'll be very happy you
went :-)
