Unless, of course you want to lose both of them and still be on the
worry list for 10 years in case it spread elsewhere.
If the tests are positive you will only lose one and you have a spare
so not a problem unless you leave it for too long.
The tests are simple and not very intrusive, delay is a BAD idea.
