Heh, I've already got 3 as it is and no job. Took the Superglide apart
yesterday to change out the chain and sprockets. Now I find that I need the
stupid aluminum "a-b-c" pressure plate for the clutch and a new compensator
sprocket. Oh, Joy.

Bet this one gets a solid sprocket in place of the compensator, too.

selling SOA shirts at one store. Great, instant SOA 'chapters' popping

Just got back from Gateway HD's big sale - they were selling SOA shirts
long or short sleeves, hoodies, you name it. Didn't see anybody buying

I got the inner primary off and now I have bigger problems. Apparently when
it threw the chain,, the chain bunched up behind the front trans to inner
primary studs and broke the area where the studs go into the trans case off.
Bike's a 4 speed chain final drive evo. Bet I'm gonna have a good time
finding a case.

Sorry to hear of the misfortune, Old Crow, and hope things turn around
soon.

On the primary... have you considered whether or not you even need
those 2 bolts going into the tranny? I mean, it doesn't seem to me
the inner primary gets strained all that much.

I'm just goin' by the 3-bolts-should-be-plenty-for-anything
principle...
