It SHOULD piss you off... I agree!
You are an AMERICAN citizen.

Democrats, and ALL LIBERALS do NOT want you have the right to protect
your self as you travel!

No such thing exists!
Rules and regulations that are only and constantly made by idiots, apply
only to the law abiding.
Criminals say "BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAA! KEWL! Our job is now easier!
Now WE have the advantage! "

Funny, that.

I did. That moron never replied.
No now I ask you WHY you want more legislation that accomplishes
nothing, and TAKES more personal freedoms away.

What law?
What constitutional freedoms does he support?

Anybody can go to a school. That doesn't mean they are learned.
Hell's bells! My brother went to Princeton... and graduated!
And he's the most stump stupid person I ever had the displeasure of
knowing!
I hate that sack of cat crap!

My own Brother is an EDUCATED IDIOT!
But still, I support all people to have their own "INDIVIDUAL" rights
to WANT(not need!) the right to abort, to own the firearm of their
choice, and to CHOSE the cable system they desire!

>>Do YOU think you have the right to own a firearm, regardless of type?

Being as I have passed all tests... why can't I have a Permit to carry
here in NJ, unless I prove to my LOCAL FEDERAL JUDGE, that I "NEED" one,
showing that my life is constant danger?
Why can't YOU carry concealed in ALL States?

And why not a Semi-Auto handgun with a 17 round or more magazine,
instead of just a 6 shot?

What's yer problem with me,you or other "legal people" from wanting to
have an AR-16 or a AK-47?

If your wife or daugther is impregnated, why can't SHE decide is she
wants the growth terminated?

Do you really "need" a Harley and/or a TV?
Or do you just want them?

What "right" to you think you have to justify those desires?

heh.
All I care about is that rather sweet 12 year old girl that I would
LOVE to take out to a movie!

After all SHE is smart!

Don't know... don't care... Didn't come to happen... I didn't watch it
anyway. (John Travolta must have had something to do with it)

But Possibly, the same book burning idiots that claim to be religious?

You tell me!
I know I didn't vote for her.

But it is funny that you also tried to grab " my words" from my throatal

See how we is?

The "wild west" was mostly in the movies......and violence was fairly localized.

Good book to read is "Arizona's Dark and Bloody Ground" by Forrest.

Best part I like is the shootout inside a house in Prescott when a Marshal,
Commodore Perry (yep that was his name) spotted a wanted guy sitting on the
front porch so he went into the yard and house to get him. There were three or
four more bad guys inside <sfsf>.

Most of the "wild west" stuff was guys hiding in the bushes shooting people they
didn't like in the back as they rode passed.....

yea, I know, they sure made it seem like it was decades of wide
spread violence though, it really was only for a very short time like
10-12 or maybe 15 years

I'd like to see them try to collect all the "listed" firearms here in
Texas. No, I take that back. I really wouldn't want to see
that;because I venture to say it would be very messy.Folks here REALLY
like their firearms,and their freedoms.

Ok how about this.....you either believe everything he says, or you believe

what doesn't fit for you.....

OK, I will.....

The recent Supreme Court decision concerning localized gun laws.....case was
from Washington DC.

Ask him.....

I'd think that as a good American, he'd support them all. If there were some he
didn't agree with he might work to change them....but that's our process. In the
meantime.....ya work with what ya have.

I didn't say he attended the University of Chigaco.....I said he taught
Constitutional Law at there, and he did for something like 12 years.

You might want to understand that the University of Chicago is a frikkin bastion
of conservatism as evidenced by Milton Friedman and his folks having been there
damn near forever......

There we go with the want/need thing again.

Let's see.....if I'm totally BALD, I may want a haircut.....but I wouldn't be
able to have one. If I'm not totally BALD......I would "need" to have a haircut,
but would at the time, place, and circumstances of my choosing.....

You are defining "need" in a way different from the way I used the word.

Because of bullshit local/state laws that may fall eventually because of the
recent Supreme Court case. Be the first one to sue your state under the precedent.

I've got 10 and 15 round magazines for my 9mm....

Why would I have a problem with that?? Did you see my response to your question
about the right to own firearms regardless of type???

I've been shopping for an AR-15 type gun.......my wife doesn't see a "need" for
me to spend the @$1000 to buy and feed it.

And the book was about the Juvenile Justice system.......what's your point.

Speaking of Bill Ayer's (since you brought him up)......

What do you know about the Weather Underground????

They had an anti-war agenda that manifested itself in the bombing of government
buildings.

They ALWAYS warned of the bombings ahead of time, the only people killed by them
were their own members by accident when three of them died in an accidental
explosion while making a bomb.

They claimed responsibility for everything they did......

A bombing in San Francisco that was blamed on them didn't follow their MO. It
was a pipe bomb left on a window sill at a police station, one officer died,
another was wounded. There has never been any determination as to who did
it.....could have been any number of groups at that time.

I was against the war, but I think their actions were reprehensible. Their
members who went to prison deserved what they got......

Obama - Ayers, no ccw's take your guns away, socialism, hmmm getting

him, on how many levels? to endorse his book? no matter what it is

and Ayers is a terrosit, Bamama is associated with him. I don;t like
that, at all, but hey I'm just an American.

just for the record, I'm not that impressed with McCain, I didnt vote
for him in the primaries, but I damn sure didnt vote for Obama either

its one reason I hate how the presidential race is decided, there is
no need for primary races IMHO.

BTW mid summer is reallyhot for the southwest, but may be the only
time we can make it that way

that's bullshit too, yea there will be many to hide them, but little
that would actually fight to keep them, first time they pull a small

Funny how I refuse to believe a single thing anybody else ever sezzed.

I do, however, trust one person in all entirety, that has never led me
wrong.
(that would be me!) tee hee!

I only trust ME when I say that Obamma is a shit stained nigger,(in the
whitest sence of the word mind you) McCain is a moron, Bush is a retard,
Clintons are liars, Democrats are idiots, and Republicans are too!

I HATE the TWO PARTY SYSTEM.

I despise people that think that shit has to be EXTREME LEFT or EXTREME
RIGHT, instead of knowing that the alternative is "EXTREMELY PROPER!"

And yet, I say that YOU have the option, and the right, to say
otherwise, and disagree!

Do you agree?
Or Disagree?

Answer all you want.
I think and believe that you have that option/right to do so.

So what does that really mean, now that the 2nd Amendment is indeed INTACT?

Then you have no problem with ANYBODY wanting an abortion, or a fully
automatic firearm...right?

Well, except those incarcerated?

I am neither Liberal nor Republican, as they are all criminals by nature.

I am instead, (sigh) educated.

I don't sit on the vibrating razor bladed fence, waiting for others to
see which half slides off to their side!

I have heavy duty wire cutters!
And I cut the wire, and now will use this item to BASH the idiots in
the face with it, if you think I have to join!

So again:
Democrats are idiots, Republicans are morons.

PAT PAULSON FOR PRESIDENT!

Buddy of mine used to listen to short wave radio all the time. He
regularly monitored an Australian station during the time when they
severely restricted gun ownership. They reported a run on 6 inch PVC
pipe and end caps at all the hardware stores. Couldn't buy that stuff
anywhere after a while. Seems people were sealing their guns in the
stuff, burying them, and reporting them stolen.

That's what he told me, anyway.

I have a shovel and 6 acres, I just need to buy some PVC pipe before the
election. Ya just never know.

Period???

If you lived in England in the mid 1700's......how would you have classed the
actions of people living in the colonies????

The definition/history is written by the victors.

The conservatives are playing this card because the LOST that particular round
of history. Most people aren't paying any attention to it because of that.....

He (Obama) had a passing acquaintance several years ago to a guy (Ayers) who may
have committed terrorist acts (but was never convicted of anything) when Obama
was 8 years old. The whole dumbass premise of trying to connect dots here that
don't exists is why most people aren't paying any attention to it......

The repubs are losing the election so are shoveling any piece of horseshit they
can in a desperate attempt to win......it's not working, it's even dragging the
election further out of their grasp.....

Reasonable people don't see anything there because there isn't...it's all made
up bullshit by campaign operatives......it's a "Rovian" campaign tactic, and
it's not working because people know it's a lie.

And McCain associated with the mob, took their money, even exerted
influence.....he's no better than any of the wall street criminals in my book.....

I don't like it at all....but hey...I'm just an American.

I've said for some time that ALL politicians are in the pocket of corporate
interests. Our entire political process of campaigns, elections, etc. are
intended to divert our attention from real issues and solutions. And having said
that.....no matter who wins, nothing will change because the orders are coming
from the same place.

Winston Churchill said that any man under 30 who is not a liberal has no heart,
while a man over 30 who is not a conservative has no brains.

I just don't think I can give up my heart, no matter how old I get.

My place is air conditioned, the pool is always ready, and the beer is cold......

cool country in under an hour....<sfsf>

Well......not a lot since they took a narrow view of the case. It'll take more
cases citing the first case before it really means a LOT.

Kidding...I knew what you meant.

Not just incarcerated.......anyone else who by law is not allowed ownership of a
gun.....felons, mental patients, etc.

You're absolutely right.
