I don't know. I do know that when Honda came into Marysville they
brought with them about 200 suppliers for things such as electronics
and glass. Honda has instrument and ignition companies. I believe
they might own Keihin Carburetors.

Is there? As I understand it, when Triumph and the other UK brands
started back up they were buying a huge amount of their parts from the
Japanese.
If I were going to guess, I'd guess it would be brakes and components,
suspension, electronics, carburetors. When I spent a lot of time
rebuilding engines (small engines) the quality of US made carburetors
was terrible.
The largest supplier of ignition lock sets in the USA used to be
Briggs & Stratton. But I doubt they ever made anything for
motorcycles. I'm really out of touch with these things now having
moved from industry to computers some 20 years ago.
They might even be sourcing from China.
