SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 19, 2007--USAA announced today
that it has filed with the Massachusetts Division of Insurance to reduce
auto insurance rates throughout the state by 15 percent on average. The
company is able to offer lower rates due to improvements in the state’ s
regulatory environment, which for the first time in nearly 30 years
allows private insurers to set their own rates. If approved, the
decrease goes into effect April 1, 2008.
