I'd heard good things about them, but their phone is going directly to
an overflowed voicemail box. Anyone know what's become of them?

Well, having heard nothing bad ... I gave them a shot. And I'm glad I
did. Nice people, good work at fair prices. Don't flinch at old
hardware.

Don't start their day until 10am, and voicemail is often not
working...things that are good to know ahead of time (as well as being
closed mondays).
