| | | MSNBC dateline 8/5/08: "People show up to hear Obama speak. McCainshows up where he knows where people will be." Yeah, over 200,000 went to hear Obama, the inspiration of so many,
speak in Germany.
Over the weekend John McCain went to the motorcycle rally in Sturgis,
SD. and spoke to a "captive audience" of 50,000 - most of who use
color, instead of ideas, to determine who they will or will not vote
for........ Makes me ashamed my biker brothers allowed themselves to
be used in such a way!
Pardon me, Mr. McCain.... WHO has the most admiration worldwide? |

Germany has a history of being inspired by small-minded psychopaths.

I don't think you have any evidence that bikers are more likely to use color
than any other segment of the population. |

It was more like 20,000, according to the German press. The
Nobama camp put out the 200,000 number.
And it was the follow-up act to a free rock concert.

It's pretty telling when a candidate speaks, and the
point the other side seizes on is the estimated size of the
crowd as opposed to the content of the speech.

When the candidate adds an order of magnitude to it, in order
to make himself look more important - it NEEDS seizing upon.
When the crowd was there, at least partially, for the free
rock concert the candidate arranged in order to draw a crowd - that
NEEDS seizing upon.

"The Mind of John McCain"
Letter To Editor
Friday, August 8, 2008; A16
Regarding the Aug. 1 front-page story "The Curious Mind of John
McCain":
Why, in this day and age, should we have a candidate for the most
important job in the world who hasn't been curious enough to learn to
use a computer until recently and had never sent an e-mail? His
performance at the Naval Academy, fifth from the bottom of his class,
gives one concern about his intelligence and curiosity.
The most scary statement in the article was Mr. McCain's own line from
his book "Worth the Fighting For": "We can all stand a little self-
improvement from time to time, but it's hard to accomplish when you
have reached my age." Exactly.

I am quite sure not many of them like McCain. And you neocons have
been giving Obama so much down the river about his "lack of foreign
affairs". Everyone, except for neocon slime such as you, Patriot
Games, knows it is very important for foreign countries to admire
those they have to deal with. Take, for instance, GWBush. He has no
negotiation skills at all - all he knows is "stick and carrot",
instead of the "carrot and stick" you neocons say he engages in.
Other countries, which used to call the US 'America' before GWBush
took the helm, now refer to it as 'AmeriKKKKa'. All of the lies told
by the Bush administration - that there were WMD in Iraq, that he was
going to balance the budget, that he was going to reduce the
'footprint' of government - none of which were delivered. All of the
human rights violations committed by the Bush administration - Abu
Ghraib and Club Gitmo, anyone? All of the spying on the citizens of
the US because of presidential proclamations made by Bush. Obama said
all of those 'executive orders' - which are not made in fact of law,
but at the whimsy of presidents - that have trampled the rights of the
citizens of the US during the Bush regime will be negated. The other
countries of the world - it is viewed that the hoity toity English are
the lone holdouts - realize all of the sins that GWBush has committed
as president, and see McCain as the second coming of Bush, and know
that Obama is the right person for the WORLD, not just the return of
the US to being known as 'America', but for things in the world to
start running again as they should.
