Go to ebay or someone online. That is as cheap as you are going to
get.

I pay for comfort. Arai is an expensive lid, but they are made well
and fit very well. I wear mine for hours on end, so saving $200 on a
lid that doesn't fit isn't something I care to do. YMMV.
